Information about the HCSA for U of T students and postdocs who are TAs, Course Instructors, etc.
The HCSA is administered by Prosure Group. The plan year runs from September 1 until August 31. Your expenses must be incurred between that timeframe, and you must be employed for at least fifty (50) hours of work during the plan year. You have sixty days after the expiry date of the plan year to file your claims. For example: for expenses incurred during the 2011-12 plan year, you must submit your receipts to Prosure Group by 30 October 2012.
