Unit 1 Council Meeting

Join us for Unit 1 Council! This is where stewards in Unit 1 meet once a month to catch up on issues around campus, organize, and strategize to support other unions and important issues across Toronto.

We usually spend 2 hours in a typical meeting, and then 1 hour out and about - either on campus talking with members or joining a picket line or rally in the city.

Email Maria at u1leadsteward@cupe3902.org to introduce yourself and to get a copy of the agenda if you are planning to come. Hope to see you there!

This is a hybrid event!

Units 2,3,4,6,7 Strike Vote

Members of Units 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 will get updated about your contract negotiations and decide whether to initiate the process of a Strike Vote.

A Strike Mandate Vote is a necessary step for you and your coworkers to be in a legal strike position.
The vote asks CUPE 3902 members in Units 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 to decide whether or not you grant your Local’s Executive Committee the right to call for strike to reach a fair contract with your employer.
