The Annual General Meeting (AGM) happens once a year, usually in March or April.
All members in good standing can attend and vote and it’s chaired by the President.

There, we decide on the Local’s budget for the next fiscal year (which runs May to April), close nominations for the Local’s elected representatives, and hear reports from officers and committees on their activities from the previous year.
