Town Halls for Bylaw Amendments: January 21 and February 5
On December 20th, you received a notice of motion for several amendments to your Local’s bylaws (you can click here to read the full proposal).
The set of proposed amendments to the Bylaws were collected from discussions with former members of the Executive Committee, current elected officers, Lead Stewards, and members of other committees from Summer 2022 and December 2024. These are the first amendments to the Local’s Bylaws since the significant amendments in March 2022.
We’re holding two TOWN HALLS on the Bylaw amendments to ask any questions and talk about how these bylaws help build your power!

We’ll vote on adopting these proposed amendments at our next General Membership Meeting sometime in late February.
