On December 20th, you received a notice of motion for several amendments to your Local’s bylaws. We’re holding two TOWN HALLS on the Bylaw amendments to ask any questions and talk about how these bylaws help build your power! 

CUPE 3902 is building its organizational capacity to allow for casual, union-service opportunities for political members of the Local to support its ongoing contract negotiations.

The Executive Committee of CUPE 3902 stands in solidarity with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) as the federal government unfairly intervenes in their right to collectively bargain with their employer.

The CUPE 3902 Executive Committee expresses its opposition to the Toronto Police Services (TPS) program known as Project Resolute, intended to smear, silence, persecute, and threaten supporters of Palestinian liberation since the onset of Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

On Saturday November 30th, members from UofT CUPE Locals 1230, 3261, and 3902 joined CUPE Local 905 on their picket lines at the Richmond Hill Center for the Performing Arts on a chilly afternoon. Picket lines were set up around the building, made obvious by barricades erected by the employer at entrances to parking lots.
