The Memorandum of Agreement(January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026) came into effect January 1, 2024, with some exceptions outlined within the MOA.

Anything not included in the MOA remains the same as the previous Collective Agreement(expired December 31, 2023).

A filled-out version of the DDAH form should be provided to you by your hiring Department before your appointment begins. Signing this form does not mean you agree with everything in it, merely that you’ve seen it. You can always dispute the way hours are allocated once you start work.
