We have an exciting Racial Justice and Human Rights Conference planned for you – our theme this year is about Building Bridges, Building Power.
Delegates at the Racial Justice Conference will enjoy a panel discussion with key racialized leaders from the labour movement and learn about their challenges, successes and how Taking Action for Racial Justice can help move our movement forward. You won’t want to miss our guests and the other exciting line-ups for a jam-packed eventful day!
The Human Rights Conference will have inspirational and engaging keynote speakers (Matthew Green, Crystal Sinclair), panelists (Trish Robichaud, Lee Airton and Jamie Loiselle) sharing their Stories of Courage, local political leaders (Cheri DiNovo and Kristyn Wong-Tam) leading the conversation on how to be a Stronger Political Voice for our movement and an informative and empowering half-day discussion on Building Bridges Towards Solidarity focusing on improving working and living conditions, fighting systemic racism, mobilizing for equality and learning more about invisible disabilities, plus other surprise items.
