All are cordially invited to our next Unit 1 Membership Meeting on Monday, February 3, 2020 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Galbraith, Room 120), when we will

  • Elect our 2020 Bargaining Committee!
  • Hear from our Bargaining Support Political Action Committee on our CAN’T AF/FORD IT Campaign!
  • Celebrate the release of our Collective Agreement in the final year of its life, with cake for all and games and prizes for kids!

Food and refreshments will be provided during the meeting from 5 to 7, after which we will have a belated birthday party for our CA! On-site childcare will be provided and childcare costs will be reimbursed; parents and guardians must RSVP for on-site care by Sun., Jan. 19, 2020 to vc1@cupe3902.org with the number of children and their ages, dietary restrictions, and any important medical information for the child caretakers from our fellow C.U.P.E. Locals. Omnivore and vegan food will be provided; requests for gluten-free, halal, and kosher food should be made to vc1@cupe3902.org by Jan. 27, 2020.
